Attorney Matti Oksala, Master of Laws (trained on the bench) is Senior Partner in the firm.

After taking the degree of Master in Laws at the University of Helsinki in 1966, he was employed by the Union Bank of Finland as a bank lawyer and Head of Legal Affairs until 1975.

For ten years, Mr. Oksala was Senior Partner in Procopé & Hornborg Law Offices Ltd. Thereafter, he was appointed CEO of EKE Finance Oy.

Since 1986, Mr. Oksala has practised law in his own law office. He is the owner and Senior Partner of the firm.

Mr. Oksala was on the Board of Directors of the Helsinki Bar Association in 1980 – 81.
